A six-fingered paw. Drapes the canopy. Living through beetles end.

Buckeye trees are typically recognized by their thick grey bark and large leaves. They are good for windbreak and shade, but not ideal for growing anything underneath them. Early fall, buckeyes produce leathery husks with nuts that cover the ground by the end of the season. Natives used the bark to treat various ailments from rashes to cuts and general pain, while its smooth branches were made into hunting bows.
