Qi Alchemy spreads the power of Eastern medicine through their product line of Korean herbs and teas.
Problem. A solopreneur wore a variety of hats continued to create new products. Lack of strategy stalled revenue growth.
Solution. Guided with the purpose to empower others to become their own alchemist and heal themselves, we designed an effective strategy to increase brand awareness and increase product sales. Quarterly events educate consumers on brand’s niche, Korean herbalism and regenerative sourcing. Designed specifically for herbalists, each event highlights a Korean theme, product, and organic ingredients.
Results. By identifying target customer and brand niche, we designed an effective strategy to increase sales from existing assets. Focusing on the herbalist community resulted in seamless workshop, partnership and event bookings to increase brand awareness.
