I had the pleasure of creating a customized art print for Slow Food Denver’s 2025 annual farm dinner. Tomato No.1 was regeneratively grown and locally harvested. From the Summer 25 Collection, this work highlights tomatoes as a cornerstone of Italian cuisine and the birthplace of the Slow Food movement. Whether freshly picked or gently simmered, they embody the art of slowing down to appreciate life’s sweetness. My intention was to showcase the bond shared with local community at the farm dinner.
