Wick and Co. is a leadership coaching practice who works with globally recognized brands including Vogue, Diane von Furstenberg, Anya Hindmarch and IMG.
Problem. As a leadership coach, she was well-equipped to pick up on the hint of anxiety she was feeling. Underneath the tension, she discovered ambiguity. With five different offerings, she couldn’t conceptualize their congruency. She desired a consistent revenue stream, yet lacked strategic direction.
Solution. Guided with purpose to help unearth and amplify women’s innate talent and purpose, we designed a strategy that increased clarity and focus on purpose-driven actions. Recycling content from a discontinued program into an in-house corporate role. We created a course of action that reduced her anxiety and prioritized this corporate opportunity to work smarter, not harder.
Results. By creating a long-term vision, we designed a strategy to provide consistency in revenue and lifestyle.
