Callie has spent over a decade in startups within the holistic food and healthy lifestyle industries. Owning and operating a number of businesses has honed her skills as a Strategic Design Expert.

Cavanaugh was a co-founder at Cardova, a company that helps employees grow by using the power of neuroplasticity and nervous system regulation to quickly and permanently clear limiting beliefs for long-lasting behavior change. The goal is to increase productivity, happiness, and self-efficacy while reducing medical costs and diminishing quitting for corporations. Cavanaugh led product design, user experience, branding, and strategy for the brand, including market research, business model, and positioning landscape.

From 2021 to 2024, Cavanaugh founded The Eat In Method™ and operated Eat In, a business that helped people redesign their relationship with food through one-on-one food coaching, public speaking, immersive workshops, and content creation, including, writing and publishing the book Eating in By Design, creating and launching a digital curriculum, youtube, and podcast channels. In addition, Cavanaugh developed and sustained countless high-profile business partnerships, sponsorships, and affiliate relationships with national brands.

From 2018 to 2023, Cavanaugh founded and served as CEO of Nonna Eats, which paired chefs with clients for one-off dining experiences or retention as long-term personal chefs. Cavanaugh worked as the lead designer and product manager with a top development team to design the Nonna Eats platform; selected top talent to develop a network of over 20+ chefs; created in-depth training materials and onboarding systems; and led event planning, sales, and execution. Her company executed dining experiences across the nation, was featured in various publications, and awarded accolades such as being the number one private chef company in Modern Luxury.

From 2017 to 2018, Cavanaugh was the founder and creative director for Radici Design, which designed solutions for brands from ideation to conception. Services included market research, strategy, branding, user experience, and web design.

From 2011 to 2016, Cavanaugh served in managerial roles at various food establishments from Lucky's Deli to Chautauqua General Store and Laudisio Mobile catering services where she led operations, employee management, product discovery, purchasing, menu creation, food cost analysis, and budgeting.
