Break bread with us, Haiti style, for this year’s Online Evening for Haiti! This year’s virtual event will include words from our partners in Petit Trou, updates on new initiatives, an online auction to help support our programs, and of course, this authentic meal option prepared by Nonna Eats! The menu below was created with Jasmine Michel, a Colorado resident and Locally Haiti supporter who grew up in Haiti, and local celebrity chef Antonio Laudisio, who has a long and deep history with Locally Haiti and partners in Petit Trou.

Meals will be fully cooked and ready to eat in 1 simple step. Please see the menu below for details. Each meal is gluten and dairy free. We are not taking additional dietary accommodations at this time.

Confirm your reservation by purchasing by Saturday, April 17th here and then pick up your meal on Saturday, April 24th between 12pm - 3pm at E. Simpson Coffee Company, 414 E. Simpson St. in Lafayette. Pick up options potentially available in Fort Collins and Colorado Springs - please let us know if you're in that location and interested! More details soon.

Rice and beans, onions, peppers, wine, spices, tomatoes. The soul of Haitian cuisine. A Haitian meal without rice and beans is no meal at all!

Pikliz, cabbage, carrots, onions, scotch bonnet peppers, herbs, lime. The spice of life in Haiti! Need a snack? Be sure and garnish it with pikliz to get that Haitian zest and heat.

Fried plantains. Banan peze- Yon ti bagay pou kè w - the perfect snack! (And don't forget the pikliz)
