Come along for a Little Piece of Norway at the Amundsen Clubhouse. Curated by Callie Cavanaugh from Eat In, we have put together a traditional Norwegian experience from start to finish. You will learn Norwegian words, meet new people, taste new foods and more. Norwegians have always been good at defining coziness and appreciation for nature. Join us to relish in the Hygge Experience firsthand.

Inspired by the legacy of Roald Amundsen, experience the traditional Norwegian concepts of Friluftsliv (free-air-life) and Hygge (coziness + wellbeing)—where flickers of light fill the space and the decor holds you like a cozy mountain cabin in winter.

From the moment you arrive, it feels as though you have stepped back in time. Every detail has been carefully designed so you can unwind and detach from the daily grind.

Crafted to build curiosity and appreciation through food, every course is in harmony with nature. We will share stories, embrace new experiences, and find freedom through slowing down and embracing something new. By the time it ends, you’ll feel completely nourished, relaxed, and re-energized for the next day to come.

When days get short and light is sparse, spending time and sharing food with others is paramount. Inspired by traditional and Norwegian culture and cuisine, menu unveiled at service. Dietary preferences are accepted upon booking your ticket.
