The wild edge
Esoterra Culinary Garden has become an esteemed name amongst the top Michelin starred restaurants of Colorado’s Front Range. As the farm has grown, it’s owner, Mark DeRespinis has found his role on the property involves less farming and more land management.
Constructed from last years’ growth, Callie stitched together hundreds of lambsquarters sourced from the edge of the farm. Displaying the interconnection between the wild and cultivated, The Wild Edge expands upon our relationship with and tending to the untamed - what lies beyond the field isn’t to be ignored, but embraced. This installation was featured at Meadowlark Farm Dinners.
